    David Hockney, Renowned British artist and painter who passed away last week at the age of 88. He was known for his vivid, colorful paintings of people and landscapes and his willingness to evolve to reinvent his imagery using such media as iPads and video, along with printmaking, photography, and stage scenery. This particular quote was part of a 2021 animated commission he created during the COVID crisis.
